Pauline has provided childcare for me for the last 9 years. Pauline looked after my son since he was 7 months old. I feel the care she gave him was excellent and my son progressed well in the time he was with Pauline. When I had my daughter I knew Pauline was the only person I wanted to look after my child. I am confident in Pauline’s skills as a childminder, not only does she help their development but she has a lovely bond with the children she cares for and really does provide a home from home.

My daughter has been looked after by Pauline since she was 11 months old. She has enjoyed a very high standard of care from not just Pauline but the entire family. The whole family are warm, welcoming and supportive not just to the children but to their parents too. I have been impressed by the variety of different learning opportunities my daughter has enjoyed with Pauline. They are always out and about attending groups and activities and she has developed great social skills as a result. Her speech and language has always been advanced and she transitioned to nursery and then school with no issues. Pauline supported both of these transitions and helped us to make them positive experiences.
Pauline is able to meet the needs of all ages of children with ease. The mix of age groups Pauline cares for is beneficial to the children, my daughter has developed a lot of empathy and caring toward younger children.
My daughter still attends Pauline’s after school as does my P7 son. They would miss not just Pauline but the whole family too much otherwise! It really is a ‘home from home’ environment. I cannot rate Pauline highly enough.

Pauline has now cared for Charlotte for 8 1/2 years since she was only 6 months old when I had to return to work. She still gets excited about the days she gets to see her and is very much made to feel part of the family. Pauline has always given us loads of updates on how she is doing which is especially great when you’re nervous about leaving them for the first time! As someone who doesn’t have their own family nearby this made the whole transition into childcare very very easy. It is a happy and fun homely environment. Charlotte has made life long friends at Pauline’s and continues to grow in her care. She has been supported through several difficult periods of bereavement and Pauline, Peter, Megan and Ciara have all played their part in her growing up and keeping her safe. I couldn’t recommend her as a childminder enough and wouldn’t want to send my daughter anywhere else.
