Welcome to Pauline’s Home From Home Childcare!

Hi!  My name is Pauline McCluskey, I am a registered child minder, a mother of two children and married to Peter.

Our daughters are Megan and Ciara who are 21 and 16 years old. We live in Cherrybank Walk Airdrie, just behind Monklands Hospital. 

I qualified as a nursery nurse in 1993 and since then have worked in a variety of nursery settings including as manager of a private nursery in Cumbernauld for six years. I have always loved working with children and have met some great families over the years, some who I still keep in touch with.

I loved working in a nursery environment, but when I had my own children, I found it difficult to arrange childcare for them, so I decided to become a registered childminder so I can continue doing a job I love as well as looking after my own children too.
